HFX offers a maintenance contract for all video and audio products. From our experience in support and RMA, we see that many issues could be resolved in advance through better communication.

What does the maintenance contract include?

>> Initial commissioning by telephone and teamviewer (setting formats, USB backup, directories, remote access)
>> Default Remote maintenance via Teamviewer (quick help and analysis
option ) >> Regular updates via Teamviewer (Codecs, Logitech, dpPowerAMP, Asset, WHS, etc .)
>> any support with questions or problems by means of Teamviewer
>> with hardware defect: if possible, free data security

The maintenance contract can also be purchased later. The date of purchase does not matter. The maintenance contract is valid for 1 year.
