Anyone interested in their music collection will at some point ask themselves how they can keep track of the multitude of music titles and ensure the fastest possible access to modern devices such as iPods or media servers.
However, digital conversion and archiving is time-consuming, not to mention costly.
There are also problems such as poor sound quality due to excessive compression and missing or inconsistent metadata, especially in the classical domain.
In addition, as the number of DVDs and BDs grows, so does the video collection!
The HFX ripping service takes care of this task for you: Your collection will be digitized, stored in the desired quality and automatically tagged with metadata. The use of ripping robots and our in-house RipNAS devices in combination with the dbPoweramp software package guarantees error-free ripping of audio CDs by comparing them with the AccurateRip database. Five professional online databases are used to accurately determine the album name, artist, title, genre, year and many other metadata. The album cover image is also attached to the music folder as a JPEG file. Each converted CD is also checked for errors.
The audio formats offered range from lossless or uncompressed formats like FLAC, Apple Lossless (ALAC), Wave and AIFF and up to from the universal MP3 format. SACDs can be stored as ISO and alsoc as DSD in stereo and multichannel. DVDs and BDs can be ripped in ISO, BDMV, MPEG2 or even MKV.
If desired, the ripped collection can be archived to an included USB hard drive or transferred to a media server right away.

Transport in spindles has proven to be the safest and most practical. We will be happy to send you spindles free of charge.
The best way to store it is to send us a hard drive (internal or external) or an appropriately sized USB stick.
